This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Discover how to use Sarbacane Engage to leverage ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence capable of generating personalized responses to your prospects. This feature simplifies your interactions with your clients by providing you with response templates tailored to their needs.
Activating ChatGPT
To get started, activate ChatGPT in your Sarbacane Engage settings. Follow these steps:
- Access your Settings via the left sidebar.
- Click on the GDPR tab, then on the ChatGPT tab located at the top.
- Activate the "Response generation via AI" function by sliding the cursor to blue.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Validate" to activate ChatGPT.
Using ChatGPT
Once ChatGPT is activated, you can use it to respond to your prospects. Here's how to do it:
- Access your Inbox via the left sidebar.
- Select the conversation with your prospect.
- Below the text editor, click on "Generate a response".
- A pre-written response will be automatically generated within a few seconds, taking into account the previous exchanges with the prospect. If the response does not suit you, you can generate another response by clicking again on "Generate a response".
- You can repeat this step as many times as necessary.
- Then, you have the option to make modifications to the generated message, and then click on "Send immediately" to transmit your message to the prospect.
Sarbacane Engage allows you to optimize your interactions with your prospects through ChatGPT. By following these simple steps, you can activate and use this feature to respond more effectively and personally to your clients, thus improving your communication and results.
