This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Go to the Sarbacane Engage app, then click on the "Sequences" section in the left sidebar menu.
Next, click on "New Sequence" in the top right corner. Two options are then available to you:
- Either select "Blank Sequence" to create a sequence from scratch
- Or select "Template Library" to use an existing sequence.
Regardless of the chosen method of creation, you will then arrive at the "Sequence Editing" tab.
Name your prospecting sequence.
Note that by default, Sarbacane Engage only offers you a single Email step on a blank sequence. Feel free to add steps by clicking on "Add a step" and choosing the type of step you wish to create (Email, Task, Call, or LinkedIn).
Make sure to insert text into the mandatory "Subject" and "Body" fields for each step, then use the personalization variables to customize your emails.
The writing aid comments will be useful for optimizing your prospecting sequences. Don't forget to set the delay between follow-ups.
To finish, click on "Save Sequence".
