Sarbacane Engage and security: How to re-engage contacts in a prospecting sequence?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
In Sarbacane Engage, you can enhance your engagement by allowing the addition of contacts already engaged in a previous sequence. This offers increased flexibility in managing your sequences and enables you to re-engage contacts effectively.
Activating the Option and Adding a Contact to a Sequence
Prerequisite: Ensure that the contact is inactive in the previous sequence.
To add the contact to your new sequence:
- Go to the Sequences page and select the one where you want to add the re-engaged contact.
- Access the sequence settings via the "Settings" tab.
- Activate the option "Allow contacts already engaged to be added to this sequence".
- Save the sequence.
- Then you have two methods for adding the contact to the desired sequence:
- Method 1
- Find the contact in the list.
- Add them to the sequence.
- Method 2
- When adding the contact to the new sequence, activate the option if the contact has already been engaged.
- Method 1
If you plan to include contacts already engaged in previous sequences, we recommend activating this option.
The option "Allow contacts already engaged to be added to this sequence" is a form of spam protection that prevents sending multiple consecutive sequences to the same contact, thus preserving email deliverability.
The permission to add contacts already engaged in new sequences in Sarbacane Engage is a useful strategy to optimize your engagement without over-soliciting your contacts. Activating this option provides increased control over the management of your sequences while preserving the quality of your communications.
