Sarbacane Engage: How to configure the signature of your prospecting emails

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Sarbacane Engage offers you the possibility to fully customize your signature, which will automatically be added to the end of each email sent from your account. This signature configured via Sarbacane Engage will replace your usual signature when you send emails from your account.
Setting Up Your Custom Signature
To set up your signature:
- Access the Settings section via the sidebar on the left.
- Go to the Signature tab.
- Several options are available to you:
- You can opt for No signature to start with a blank page.
- You can choose a template from the list on the left to save time. The templates offer simple signatures containing your account information. Once the template is selected, the signature will appear in the editor on the right, which you can tweak if you wish.
- You can directly configure your signature via our editor on the right.
- After configuring your signature, save your changes by clicking the Save button located below the editor.
Using the Signature Editor
In the editor on the right, you can:
- Modify text.
- Integrate images and clickable links.
- Insert HTML code.
We recommend choosing a simple signature (without images) to improve the deliverability of your emails. Too many clickable links can scatter the attention of your prospects when reading your emails, unless of course, those links lead your recipients towards your conversion goal (form, landing page, or others).
Note that the signature saved in your own email box (Outlook or other) will not be used for your prospecting emails sent from Sarbacane Engage, even if you do not enter any content in your signature on Sarbacane Engage.
