Sarbacane Engage: How to manage your users?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Before you start: the management of Sarbacane users and their roles and rights is done via the settings of your Sarbacane account. However, Sarbacane Engage additionally has specific role management.
Collaboration within Sarbacane Engage is facilitated by managing users and their roles. Assigning specific roles optimizes the use of the platform. Learn how to invite new members, assign roles, and manage your team's accounts for increased efficiency.
Inviting New Members
To fully utilize Sarbacane Engage's capabilities, you have the option to invite additional team members to join the space.
- Access your Sarbacane Engage account settings via the sidebar.
- Click on the Subscription tab, then make sure you have available licenses.
- Select the Users tab.
- Click the "Invite" button.
- Fill in the required fields and click "Send."
Once the invitation is sent, your colleague will receive an email with an activation link valid for 48 hours. Their account will be integrated into your company's existing accounts.
Managing Team Accounts:
As a Manager, you have the ability to activate and deactivate users as needed. Active and inactive users are listed by default.
To display only active users, uncheck the "Show deactivated users" box.
Different User Statuses:
- Activated: User with an active license.
- Mail Sent: Invited user who has not yet activated their account.
- Deactivated: Account no longer has access.
- User: User role.
- Manager: Manager role.
- To deactivate a user, click "Deactivate" in the user's frame. Confirm deactivation.
To reactivate a user, follow the same steps, but this time, click "Activate." Confirm reactivation.
Ensure to manage team accounts appropriately by activating and deactivating users according to the needs of your organization.
