This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Customizing your Sarbacane Engage user profile is essential for an optimal experience. Learn how to update your personal information and configure your preferences by following the steps below.
Updating Personal Information
To update your personal information, follow these steps:
- Access your settings by clicking on the corresponding icon.
- Select the "Profile" tab.
- You will be directed to the "User" tab. Modify or complete the available fields.
- You can choose the language of your interface (French or English) for tailored use.
In the "BCC Emails" field, you can add email addresses in blind carbon copy for your sequences.
Note: Make sure to fill all required fields to save the information.
Customizing Preferences
At the bottom of the page, customize your preferences by checking or unchecking the following options:
- "Back to Office Contacts": Receive an email when your prospect returns to the office after an automatically detected absence.
- "Weekly Statistics Report": Receive a weekly summary of your statistics every Monday.
Changing Email Address
If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, contact our support team via the chat in the bottom right corner of the application.
Saving Changes
Once you have made your changes, don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to record your changes.
