Sarbacane Engage: How to create, edit, and use a sending schedule for your email prospecting sequences

In Sarbacane Engage, you have the option to create sending schedules to choose the most relevant times to send your emails. This feature allows you to optimize your communications by respecting the most suitable hours.

Creating and Editing a Schedule

To create a sending schedule, follow these steps:

• Click on the calendar icon in the left sidebar.
• Hover over the + symbol and create a new schedule.
• Set up your schedule by specifying a name, description, and time zone.
• Define the sending time slots using predefined shortcuts or customize them according to your preferences.
• Ensure your schedule contains at least 6 hours of sending slots and exclude the days you do not wish to use.
• Confirm your setup and click "Create".

To edit an existing schedule, select the schedule and make the necessary changes.

Using the Schedule

Once your schedule is created, link it to your sequences. In the settings of your sequence, choose the desired schedule from the dropdown menu.

Marking a Schedule as Favorite

Mark a schedule as a favorite by hovering over it and clicking on the checkmark. This schedule will be assigned by default to your new sequences.

Attention to Active Sequences

Note that you cannot modify the schedule of an active sequence. To do so, pause all contacts in the sequence, create a new schedule respecting the planned time slots, associate the schedule with the sequence, and save the sequence.

Deleting a Schedule:

Before deleting a schedule, ensure it is not used in an active sequence. If necessary, pause the contacts in the sequence, then delete the schedule.
