Integrating your email address into Sarbacane Engage is essential to ensure effective communication with your prospects. Learn how to sync your email address with your account to automatically manage responses from your prospects and avoid sending future scheduled emails.

Available Synchronization Methods

Depending on your email provider and setup, there are several options for syncing your email address with Sarbacane Engage. Here is a list of available methods:

  • Gmail / Gsuite synchronization
  • Exchange / Outlook synchronization
  • OVH synchronization
  • Gandi synchronization
  • SMTP / IMAP synchronization

Note: When synchronizing, avoid using an email address that represents an alias or a forwarding address. This could result in the failure of your prospects' responses to appear in your Sarbacane Engage inbox while continuing to send scheduled emails to these prospects.

Steps to Sync Your Email Address

  • Follow the instructions specific to your email provider by consulting the dedicated article.
  • If a dropdown menu appears to select the sending box, make sure to choose the correct sending box.
  • Click "Select this sending box" and then "Save".
