Sarbacane Engage: How to synchronize your OVH address?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
If you use OVH as your email provider, you can quickly connect your email address to the Sarbacane Engage platform. Discover how to perform this integration in a simple and effective way.
Follow these steps to connect your OVH email address to Sarbacane Engage:
- Access the settings of your Sarbacane Engage account from the sidebar on the left.
- Select the Email tab.
- Choose the OVH icon from the list of options.
- Enter the email address you wish to connect, if it hasn’t already been filled in automatically.
- Provide your password associated with your email box, once for the IMAP section (incoming server for receiving emails) and another time for the SMTP section (outgoing server for sending emails). Then, click the "Connect" button.
- If the synchronization encounters any problems, opt for the IMAP/SMTP option at the top of the page and configure the advanced connection by following the guidelines in the article on synchronization with SMTP/IMAP.
- For OVH clients, it is recommended to call OVH customer service at 1007 to request the lifting of any restrictions on sending limits and other settings. They may need the following information: the OVH account identifier, the account administrator's email, and the registered phone number.
This integration facilitates interactions with your recipients while respecting OVH's requirements and improving the efficiency of your prospecting sequences.
