How do I purchase a license?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

If you have a Sarbacane account, log in to your account. On the homepage, click on the blue "Manage my plan" button located on the left side of your screen.

You will then be redirected to an overview of your current plan (trial or paid plan, as applicable) in your account settings. Click on "Product License Management" in the left sidebar menu. You will be redirected to the product license management window.

To purchase a Suite license, click on the "Purchase a license" button in the Suite section.

If you want to purchase individual licenses for one or more applications, click on the action menu of the application you're interested in and select "Purchase a license" from the dropdown menu.

In both cases, you will be redirected to our online store to complete your order.

You will have the option to add additional licenses, adjust the email and/or SMS volume (if you choose Campaigns or Sendkit, which require consumables), and modify the desired level of support.

Follow the steps to complete your order.

Please note that your license and credits will be available in your account once the order is validated.
