This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Of course! You can purchase a Suite license, which will unlock one license per application within the Suite, and you can also purchase additional licenses for specific applications if multiple users need to use them simultaneously.
For example, if one of your team members needs access to all Sarbacane applications to manage your entire digital communication, and another team member only needs access to the Sarbacane Chat application to manage the chat bubble on your website, you would purchase a Suite license (= one license / one access per application - you would assign each unlocked license to the first team member) and a Sarbacane Chat license (= access to Sarbacane Chat, which you would assign to the second team member).
