This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The email credits cannot be used for both products. Each of the two products has its own separate email credit balance. Therefore, you cannot use the email credits purchased for Campaigns in Sendkit and vice versa.
However, the SMS credit balance is common to both products. So, when you send an SMS with either product, the credits will be deducted from the same SMS credit balance.
