This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
This section presents the steps to duplicate an existing SMS campaign.
Locate the campaign to duplicate
Access the homepage of Sarbacane Campaigns or go to the "My Campaigns' section in the application.
You can filter the list of campaigns by tags, by campaign type (email, SMS, or automated), by name, and/or by status to easily locate the campaign you want to duplicate.
Duplicate a campaign
Once you have located the campaign you want to duplicate, click on the action menu associated with the thumbnail of your campaign, then click on "Duplicate" in the dropdown menu.
After clicking on "Duplicate," a window appears. You must then:
- Choose between duplicating the entire campaign (contents + recipients) or just the contents of the campaign
- Define the sharing settings for your SMS campaign
You can also name your campaign. By default, the name of your campaign is "(copy) Name of the duplicated campaign."
