Sarbacane Campaigns: how to edit an existing SMS campaign?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

This section presents the steps to follow to edit an existing SMS campaign. The possibilities for modification differ depending on the status of your SMS campaign.

Find the campaign to edit

Access the homepage of Sarbacane Campaigns or go to the 'My campaigns' section in the application.

You can filter the list of campaigns by tags, by campaign type (email, SMS, or automated), by name, and/or by status to easily find the campaign you want to edit.

Your campaign has not yet been sent

If your campaign has not been sent, you can still edit it by clicking on the "Edit" button on the thumbnail representing your campaign. You will then be able to modify the name, settings (tags and sharing), the content of the campaign, and add/remove/modify recipients.

Your campaign has been scheduled

If your campaign has been scheduled, you can still edit it before its send date by clicking on 'Cancel sending' and then reworking your campaign (name, settings, content, recipients). Once your modifications are made, reschedule it.

Your campaign has already been sent

If your campaign has already been sent, you cannot modify its content, but you can send it to new recipients. The message will then be sent only to the recipients you have added to your list. To do this, click on 'New recipients' in the dropdown menu located at the top right of the thumbnail representing your SMS campaign.
