Can I access Sarbacane while updating my account to Sarbacane Suite?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.

When you decide to switch to Sarbacane Suite, your account data and resources are updated and transferred asynchronously. Resources are transferred in order of priority, starting with contact lists, then settings, campaigns and so on. The most recent items are transferred first.

When the update is launched, access to the application will be cut off for a few moments. You will still be able to access Sarbacane Suite and work on it fairly quickly. Please note, however, that data transfer may take some time, depending on the volume of resources in your account.

You will receive a notification when all your resources have been transferred to your Sarbacane Suite account.

If several users have access to your Sarbacane Sunrise account, please ensure that none of them is creating content or working on a campaign when you launch the update.
