How does the update from Sarbacane Sunrise to Sarbacane Suite work?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
As a customer, the switch to Sarbacane Suite will be offered to you over the next few weeks. In order to provide optimal support for each of our customers during their transition to Sarbacane Suite, we have decided not to offer the transition to this new version to all of our customers simultaneously.
When the transition to Sarbacane Suite becomes available for your account, you will be notified through different channels (notifications within the application and/or emails). In all cases, the timing for your transition to Sarbacane Suite will be determined by our teams.
The transition to the Suite will be based on your role (owner/administrator/user).
I am an owner
If you are the owner of an account, you will be able to initiate the update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite.
As mentioned above, our teams will decide when you can start using the new version. You will be informed via notifications within the application and by email (using the account owner's email address associated with a Sarbacane subscription) as soon as the transition to Sarbacane Suite becomes possible for your account.
Please note that users/administrators invited to your account cannot trigger the update themselves. They will also have the option to send you an email notification to inform you that your account can be updated, requiring a manual trigger from your end.
I am an administrator/user invited to an account
A notification will appear when you log in to your Sarbacane account, informing you that it's possible to switch the account to Sarbacane Suite. However, only the owner of an account can proceed with transitioning the account to the new version of Sarbacane.
If you are an administrator or user invited to an account, you will only have the option to send an email notification to the account owner, asking them to perform the Sarbacane update.
Once the owner completes the update, a notification will appear within the application when you log in, and a product tour will be provided to introduce you to the new interface.
