Sarbacane Sunrise (old version): how do I manage my domain names?

With Sarbacane, you can personalize the domain name of the sending server, as well as all the links contained in your emailing campaigns, SMS campaigns, forms and landing pages.

This personalization enhances the deliverability of your email campaigns and increases their click-through rates, thanks in particular to links that are more reassuring for your readers.

If your subscription allows you to manage one or more domain names, you'll find here the list of domain names registered in your Sarbacane account, and you can define a default domain name.

Each domain name can be deleted or renewed.

In your settings, you can manage your offer and order new domain names.

Manage domain name sharing

Until now, domain names registered on Sarbacane were systematically visible to all users. It is now possible to manage the sharing of your registered domain names in order to partition their visibility according to your different user groups.

Only administrators and account owners can access sharing options. If sharing options are not displayed, please contact your account administrator.

To access the sharing of registered domain names, choose the domain name of your choice, then click on the action menu on the right and select "Manage sharing" from the drop-down menu.

This takes you to a page where you can choose which user groups can access this domain name. Simply check or uncheck the groups. Once you've made your selection, you can validate.
