Navigating Sarbacane Suite’s Home Page

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
When you log in to Sarbacane, you will be automatically redirected to the home page. This page has several sections:
- the top menu
- the left-hand side menu
- the main screen in the center
Top Menu
On the left: the Bento menu lists all the available applications in Sarbacane Suite.
On the right: you can access your profile and account settings by clicking on your avatar.
Left-hand Side Menu
The "Manage my subscription" button allows you to access information related to your account, such as the number of available licenses, number of users, credit consumption, etc. This is where you can manage license allocation, user groups, and associated rights.
Main Screen in the Center
The main screen displays all the available applications in the Suite.
If you are using a free trial account, all applications will be accessible (none will be grayed out).
However, if you have a subscription, you will only be able to access applications for which you have a license by clicking on the "Open Application" button.
Applications that require a license that you do not have in your subscription will be indicated by a "Get License" button. This button is only visible to the administrator. In fact, only the account administrator can purchase a license and/or assign it to a user for any of the Sarbacane applications.
