Authentication and customization of the domain name

Routing Evolution utilizes the latest authentication techniques to enhance the credibility of your mailings. You also have the option to customize your own domain name, strengthening your reputation as a legitimate sender.

Management of NPAI and unsubscribes

Our system automatically detects NPAI (Not At - or No Longer At - the Address Indicated) addresses when sending out your campaigns. Similarly, unsubscribes are efficiently managed to respect your subscribers' preferences.

Analysis and correction of addresses

When importing your recipient list, Sarbacane Campaigns offers in-depth analysis to correct errors such as incorrect domains, typos, or email address structure issues. This allows you to clean up your contact lists by removing incorrect, outdated, or falsified addresses.

Monitoring of server and IP reputation

Routing Evolution has multiple servers and IPs, constantly monitored by our technical teams using a spam monitoring and filtering system. We dynamically allocate the best IP addresses based on feedback, ensuring optimal deliverability and service continuity.

Campaign moderation

Our moderation service reviews our clients' campaigns from 8am to 10pm on weekdays and from 10am to 10pm on weekends. They ensure compliance with our usage charter, including verifying the presence of an unsubscribe link in each communication. We also review the message content and the method of collecting email addresses.

Compliance with standards and recommendations
