This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
In Sarbacane, you have the flexibility to choose from several creation modes to design your email campaigns. Each mode offers specific features to meet your needs in an efficient and personalized way. You can explore these different options to find the one that best suits your project.
Here are the three creation methods you can choose at the “Message” step of your email campaign:
- EmailBuilder: Use the EmailBuilder to create your emails using an intuitive drag-and-drop editor.
- HTML Content: Use your own HTML content (file import, manual entry, import from a web page, or copy-paste), and edit your own code in Sarbacane Campaigns’ WYSIWYG editor.
- Plain Text Message: Opt for an email in plain text format, without images or formatting, for a simple and direct approach.
Choose the creation mode that best fits your project and meets your needs and expectations.
