This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
It is possible to blacklist a contact from your Sarbacane Engage inbox when processing the responses you have received following the sending of your prospecting sequences. You must select the response from the concerned prospect and follow the procedure described to add a contact to the blacklist from the contact card. Indeed, a "mini-card" appears on the right once you have selected the response from the concerned contact.
Two other options are also available to you to feed your prospecting blacklist:
- Feed the blacklist via the Sarbacane Engage settings
- Add a contact to the blacklist from their contact card.
