Sarbacane Engage: How to create contacts in bulk from LinkedIn Sales Navigator via Bulk Connect?

The Bulk Connect option in Sarbacane Engage offers you the possibility to quickly build a contact database by importing in bulk from your LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches and lists. Learn how to use this feature to accelerate the creation of your contacts.

Using Bulk Connect for Mass Import

The Bulk Connect option simplifies the mass creation of contacts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Sarbacane Engage. Ensure you meet the following conditions:

• Active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription.
• Sarbacane subscription with the Bulk Connect option activated for Sarbacane Engage.

Creating Contacts in Bulk from LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Open Google Chrome.
• Log in to your LinkedIn account and access Sales Navigator.
• You can import in bulk from a simple search, a saved search, or a list of leads.
• Copy the URL of your search or list.
• Open the Connect extension in parallel (see the installation guide).
• Go to the Bulk tab.
• Fill in the following options:
  • Select the destination list for the created contacts.
  • Paste the previously copied URL.
  • Set the maximum number of profiles to analyze (up to 2500).
  • Check "Save only one contact per company" if necessary.
  • Adjust the reliability rate for the creation of email addresses.
  • Indicate the starting page for the analysis (default is 1).
• Click on "Start collection". A new window will open. This window must remain in the foreground during the collection to work correctly. Do not minimize or close it. You can continue working on another screen if you have one. If you only have one screen, adjust the window sizes to avoid blockages.

Progress Status of the Collection

Follow the progress in Connect:

• Created contacts: new contacts in your list.
• Updated: already existing contacts, no duplicates.
• Ignored: contacts generated with an insufficient reliability rate.

Tip: To create ignored contacts, relaunch a collection by reducing the reliability rate.

When the collection is complete, the status "COMPLETED" will appear in green. A summary indicates the total number of contacts created, updated, and ignored. Click on "Show contacts" to view your list in Sarbacane Engage or on "Start a new collection" to import from another Sales Navigator search or list.
