Sarbacane Campaigns: prerequisites before sending an SMS campaign

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.

To be able to send SMS campaigns, it is necessary to have a Sarbacane Campaigns license and SMS routing credits.

If you have a Sarbacane Campaigns license but do not have (or no longer have) routing credits, you can still create an SMS campaign but you will not be able to send it.

You can view your routing credit balance from the settings of your Sarbacane account, then scroll down to the "Usage" section at the bottom of the page.

If you do not have credits, you can purchase them by clicking directly on the "Modify" button if you want to adjust the number of credits included in your monthly or annual subscription, or on "Booster Pack" if it is a one-time need that does not necessarily need to be renewed with each renewal.

Your credits will be made available to you once your order is validated. You will then be able to send your SMS campaigns.
