How to access the settings of my account once switched to Sarbacane Suite?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

Your account settings are accessible by clicking on your avatar at the top right of the Sarbacane Suite homepage or the homepage of each application, then on the “Account” section.

Account Overview

In this section, you can view:

  • Your renewal date and the option to manage/modify your current offer (either autonomously or by scheduling a meeting with one of our advisors)
  • An overview of your licenses (already assigned VS still available)
  • The level of support included in your offer
  • An overview of users invited to your account
  • An overview of your available sending credits if you have purchased a license requiring consumables (Campaigns and/or Sendkit)

Product License Management

This section, available only to the owner and administrators, will allow you to purchase and/or assign licenses to the different applications of Sarbacane Suite.

User Management

Users

This section will allow you to invite new users to your account as well as manage their profile, the assignment or revocation of licenses, and manage the rights and permissions of each user.

Here are the rights/permissions configurable per user:

  • Account management: export statistics, share a resource with a group, export contacts
  • Campaigns: transfer models, send automatic email campaigns, send automatic SMS campaigns, send email campaigns, send SMS campaigns, send a test email, send a test SMS
  • Forms: publication management
  • Pages: publication management

Groups

This section also allows you to create, manage, and delete groups of users.

Here are the settings available for each group:

  • Create, manage, and delete your users for each group
  • Add a user to a group
  • Remove a user from a group
  • Change a user's group
  • Access the management of each user's rights
  • Limit email and/or SMS consumption of a group

Payment Methods

This section, available only to the owner and administrators, allows you to register and set up your payment methods.

Consumption History

This section allows you to view your history of email and/or SMS credit consumption in a table with:

  • The date of each campaign that led to the consumption of credits
  • The number of credits consumed
  • The type of campaigns (email or SMS)
  • The name of the user who sent the campaign
  • The name of the campaign

You can filter the consumption history:

  • By period
  • By tag
  • By user
  • By campaign name by entering a keyword in the search bar

You also have the option to export your consumption history.

Notifications

This section allows you to set up:

  • An email address to receive information related to the routing of your account's campaigns
  • An email address to receive information related to quotes and invoices of your account

Contact Details

This section allows you to update your contact details to facilitate the management of your account and allow your advisor to easily reach you if necessary.

Here you can consult the legal, judicial documents related to your use of Sarbacane, such as:

  • General terms of service
  • General terms of use
  • Supplementary conditions
  • Agreement on the processing of personal data
  • Technical and organizational measures
  • Service use policy
