I have access to several accounts. Will all my accounts be switched simultaneously?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
If you have access to several accounts with the same email address, this means that you own your own account and have been invited to join one or more other accounts. In fact, you can only own one account with the same email address.
If one of the accounts to which you have access has been switched to Sarbacane Suite, this does not mean that the other accounts to which you have access will be. In fact, the update must be carried out by the owner of each account.
Only the owner can trigger the Sarbacane update. If you are a guest user or administrator on an account, you can trigger the sending of an email notification to the owner of the account concerned.
For accounts that belong to you, you can trigger the update yourself, since you are the owner of the account. As a reminder, on Sarbacane Sunrise, a user invited to join an account had to first create a free account to be able to access the account to which they were invited (this will no longer be the case for Sarbacane Suite). In many cases, these accounts have expired because they are not being used, and therefore do not need to be switched to Sarbacane Suite.
