Sarbacane Sunrise (old version): how can I add users to my account?
This help center is dedicated to the older version of our software: Sarbacane Sunrise. If you are a user of the next version, Sarbacane Suite, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software.
Sharing an account with other users lets you collaborate with several people on the same work environment, and share your resources (campaigns, lists, templates, forms, landing pages…) with whomever you wish. You can also set a sending limit for certain users, as well as rights for each of them.
Would you like to add more users to your Sarbacane account?
Account sharing is only available with the Premium package. You need to be logged in as an administrator in order to manage the users in your account.
Go to your account settings, then to the "Users" menu.
On the "Users" tab of this menu, if you have "user credits", you can invite one or more users to share your account.
Otherwise, you will need to order user credits before proceeding.
When you invite a new user to share your account, enter their personal details (surname, first name, email address) and give them the role you want (Account Administrator, or simple user).
A new user record is then created, with a "Pending" status.
If you wish, you can :
- Resend a new invitation, if the new user hasn't received the first one, or to re-invite him/her if you haven't heard back from him/her.
- Delete the current invitation, if you no longer wish this user to access your work environment.
The invited user receives an invitation e-mail. The user must click on "I accept the invitation" to definitively validate the invitation.
The first time they log in, they will be asked to create a password.
They will then be able to log in with their e-mail address and this password, and access the shared account without having to create a new account.
Account owners and administrators retain the option of deleting users, regardless of their role (administrator or simple user).
Once a new user has been added, the owner and administrators can modify the user's role and assign rights.
My account says " Do you need to add users?"
If your account displays this message, it's because you don't have (or no longer have) "user credit" enabling you to share your account.
In this case, you'll need to modify your offer by adding one or more users, depending on your needs.
You can do this by going directly to the "Offers" section in your Sarbacane account settings.
You can then proceed to payment directly from the Sarbacane application, and your "user credits" will be added instantly to your account.
You can also carry out these procedures from the Sarbacane e-boutique. It's up to you to choose the solution that suits you best. The result will be the same. Your "user credits" will be delivered instantly.
