It's necessary to have email credits to start sending email campaigns.

You can buy it from the Mailify dashboard by clicking on the "order" button next to your credit stock, or from your account settings, under "Account" then "Offer".

To create an email campaign, click on the "+" button from on Mailify's home screen. Click on "Create a new campaign"" "and then choose "Email".

On the next screen, choose "Standard Campaign" and then:

• Name your campaign
• Assign tags (optional)
• Set campaign sharing options

Import your contacts

The first step is to import your contact list. There are several import methods:

• Use an existing contact list if you have already created a list before
• Import a file from your computer, Mailify accepts the following file types: TXT, CSV or XLS.
• Import an SQL database
• Copy/paste an email address list
• Manually enter your contacts, one-by-one
• Behavioral targeting based on your campaign statistics

Once you have chosen your import method, you can view your list of recipients as a table, make adjustments and run analysis.

Create your email campaign

First choose the creative mode of your choice.

The simplest method is the EmailBuilder. This editor allows you to create an email by dragging and dropping blocks of text, images, buttons, maps, etc., within the template of your choice.

The EmailBuilder is an advanced creative tool that allows you to design beautiful custom email templates and add all the elements you want in just a few clicks.

You can also start from one of the predefined templates available in Mailify, which were professionaly designed, and customize them to your fit your brand.

Other creative modes are:

• Import an html file
• Enter the html code manually in Sarbacane Sunrise
• Import the HTML content of a web page
• Copy / paste HTML code
• Create a message in plain text format

When creating your message, you have the option to customize the following:

• The subject line of the email
• The name and sender and reply address
• Add attachment(s)
• Advanced fields
• The hosting method of your images
• Your unsubscription lists
• Your sender domains

Test and send your email campaign

Before sending an email campaign, it is strongly recommended that you perform tests to ensure that the links, the layout, and the response addresses are working.

You have the option to send tests to different email addresses to check your message. To do this, simply click on "Send Test" and enter the addresses you want to send the test to.

Sarbacane Sunrise also offers you a check list to use before sending your message to remind you of important things to review.

Once you are ready, you can choose to send your campaign immediately or schedule it to be sent at a later date.
