This help center is dedicated to the previous version of our software, Sarbacane Sunrise. Users of the current version, Sarbacane Suite, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
With Sarbacane Sunrise, there is no limit to the number of simultaneous connections you can make to your Sarbacane Sunrise account, nor to the number of installations for the PC version. You can connect to several terminals simultaneously.
However, please note that Sarbacane Sunrise is not the latest version of our solution. For the most recent version of Sarbacane Suite, each user must have his or her own identifiers to be able to connect simultaneously to the same account.
