The owner or an administrator can set a budget of email and SMS credits (routing credits) for a group of users, per month or per year. All group members share this budget. Once it is used up, none of them can send a campaign until the end of the period.
Important: the limit applies to a group, never to a single user. The owner and administrators cannot be limited.
Be the owner or an administrator of the account.
Have created the group to limit: see How to create and manage user groups?
At the top right of the screen, click your initials (or your avatar).
In the left menu, click Manage users, then open the Groups tab.
On the group's card, click Manage.
Open the Usage tab.
Turn on the Limit email sending switch, the Limit SMS sending switch, or both.
In the sentence "Group users share a budget of … email credits per …", enter the number of credits, then choose Month or Year.
At the bottom of the page, click Apply my selection.
Under each active limit, you see the Current usage, the Remaining credits and the end date of the period (Expires on).
Check in this order:
In the group's Usage tab, see whether the budget is used up. If so, increase it or turn off the limit.
If the budget is not used up and the other group members send normally, check the user's rights: in their profile, Authorizations tab, Campaigns block, Campaign sending section, the Send email campaigns and Send SMS campaigns switches must be turned on.
The limit does not apply to a single user. Instead, turn off their sending rights in the Authorizations tab of their profile, Campaigns block: see What are the user roles and rights in Sarbacane?
In the group's Usage tab, turn off the relevant switch, then click Apply my selection.
