This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
This section outlines the steps to delete an existing SMS campaign.
Find the campaign to delete
Access the homepage of Sarbacane Campaigns or go to the 'My campaigns' section in the application.
You can filter the list of campaigns by tags, by campaign type (email, SMS, or automated), by name, and/or by status to easily find the campaign you want to delete.
Delete a campaign
Once you have found the campaign you wish to delete, click on the action menu associated with the thumbnail of your campaign, then click on 'Delete' in the dropdown menu.
Once you have clicked 'Delete', a window will appear asking you to confirm your choice."
