How do I log into my Sarbacane account after switching to Sarbacane Suite?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

Nothing changes for logging in. You will be able to log in by entering your usual credentials on the Sarbacane login page.

However, note that the login URL has changed to: https://account.sarbacane.com/auth/login.

So, if you have saved it in your browser's favorites, we invite you to update the associated URL.

Do you have access to an account that has switched to Suite but your personal account is still on the old version?

If you have access to multiple accounts (for example, a freemium account and an account you have been invited to) and the switch has only been made on one of the accounts, the other accounts will remain on the old version of Sarbacane. The switch is carried out account by account by the owner or an administrator of each account.

Furthermore, if your personal account (linked to the address with which you log in) has not switched to the suite, you will need to log in via the following URL: app.sarbacane.com

You will need to enter your credentials once, then you will be redirected to the Sarbacane Suite login page where you must enter your credentials a second time. This is normal. You will then be asked to accept the general conditions of Sarbacane Site. Once these are validated, you will be able to access again the account that has switched to the Suite and to which you are invited.
