This help center is dedicated to the previous version of our software, Sarbacane Sunrise. Users of the current version, Sarbacane Suite, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The owner or administrator of an account can cap the e-mail and SMS credits of a group of users over a period of their choice. All users in the group will be affected by the defined limit.
It is not possible to set a consumption limit for a given user. This limit necessarily applies to a group of users. However, it is possible to remove the right to send from a user, so that he or she cannot send e-mail and/or SMS campaigns.
The account owner, and any administrators appointed by him/her, cannot be subject to any restrictions in this respect.
Setting routing credit limits
You can manage credit limits in the settings, in the "Users" menu. Click on a group's contextual menu, then on "Limit consumption".
A window opens, allowing you to set sending limits for the group in question.
Once a sending limit has been set, it applies to all users in the group. If the group reaches this limit, no user member of this group will be able to send any more campaigns during the defined period.
It is possible to adjust the sending limit over a period of one month or one year.
