Sarbacane Sunrise (old version): what are the differences between the web-based solution and the local version?

Sarbacane Sunrise is available as a native application to be installed directly on your computer, and as an online version accessible via an Internet browser.

Please note, however, that Sarbacane Sunrise is not the latest version of Sarbacane. You won't be able to create new accounts with this version. The most recent version is Sarbacane Suite. You can create a Sarbacane Suite account to discover its full potential, free for 30 days.

The software to install

The native Sarbacane Sunrise application is a software program that you download and install on your computer.

This version is free and can be downloaded from www.sarbacane.com/en/download

From this page, you can select either the PC or Mac version, then find the file to run in the "Downloads" folder. Simply double-click on the file to start installing the application.

If you already have a user account, you can also download the software from your account on my.sarbacane.com.

A minimum configuration is required to install Sarbacane Sunrise:

PC version

PC compatible / Windows Vista, 7 (+ .NET Framework 4.5), Windows 8.x, all versions of Windows 10 / 32-, 64-bit compatible / Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher browser / RAM: minimum 1024 MB, recommended 2048 MB / Direct, unfiltered Internet connection (access to services and updates) / Minimum screen resolution: 1024768 / Disk space required: 100 MB for the application (+ space available for data).

Mac version

Mac compatible / Mac OS 10.10.5 and higher / 64-bit compatible / Safari browser / RAM: minimum 1024 MB, recommended 2048 MB / Direct, unfiltered connection to the Internet (access to services and updates) / Minimum screen resolution: 1024768 / Disk space required: 100 MB for the application (+ space available for data).

The online solution

The web version of Sarbacane Sunrise can be accessed via an Internet browser at https://app.sarbacane.com/.

On the online version, you have access to your entire account and any campaigns you may have created on the software installed on your workstation.

The web version can be accessed from any web browser.
