How to Create a Sarbacane Account?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
In order to use Sarbacane Suite and its applications, you need to have access to a user account. You can obtain this access by being invited by another user or by creating your own account.
If you haven't been invited to an account yet and do not have your own account, please follow the steps below to create your account.
If you already have a user account, you can directly log in to the solution.
If you have received an invitation by email to join another account, there is no need to create a new account. Simply click on the invitation link. You will then be redirected to a page where you can set your own password.
How to Create Your Sarbacane Account Step by Step
- Launch the Sarbacane web application.
- Click on "Don't have an account yet? Create an account."
- Provide the requested information (first name, last name, email address, etc.).
- Read and accept the terms and conditions of use.
- Click on "Validate."
Validate Your Account
Once your Sarbacane account is created, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. To activate your account, it is imperative to click on the validation link.
You will then obtain the status of a freemium user, which gives you free access for 30 days to all the applications of Sarbacane Suite, including:
- Sarbacane Campaigns
- Sarbacane Contacts
- Sarbacane Chat
- Sarbacane Sendkit
- Sarbacane Engage
- Sarbacane Forms
- Sarbacane Pages
500 email routing credits and 30 SMS routing credits, valid for 30 days, are offered to you on Sarbacane Campaigns.
You can now log in to your account to test the different applications of Sarbacane Suite.
