Sarbacane is an all-in-one marketing software suite that provides access to numerous features through different applications.
What are the applications and features available in Sarbacane Suite?
Sarbacane Suite is composed of several applications, each offering specific features to help you with your marketing and digital communication. Below is an overview of each application.
Sarbacane Campaigns
Create, send, and analyze your email campaigns, newsletters, SMS marketing campaigns, and automated email and SMS scenarios (welcome scenario, abandoned cart reminder, reactivation of inactive contacts, etc.)
Sarbacane Contacts
Manage your database by creating contact lists and targeted segments using the multicriteria targeting engine, and synchronize your lists with your business tools.
Sarbacane Pages
Create and publish effective landing pages that meet your marketing and sales needs (resource download page, featured offer or product selection page, contact form integrated page, etc.)
Sarbacane Forms
Create and publish forms to enrich your contact lists and improve your customer knowledge (registration form, update form, invitation form, questionnaire, survey, etc.)
Sarbacane Chat

How to use Sarbacane Suite?
To use Sarbacane Suite, you need to have access to a Sarbacane account. Here's how to access it:
- If you already have a Sarbacane account, simply log in with your credentials.
- If the administrator of an account invites you to their account, you can create a password and access the account via your email address.
- If you don't have an account, you can create a free one and test all the features of the software suite for 30 days. You can also invite other collaborators to test the suite.
If you invite a user to join your account, they won't need to create their own account. The invitation email to your account will allow them to create a password to access the account for which you are the administrator.
Note that by inviting a user to test Sarbacane Suite, you are inviting them to your own account. If you are on a free account, the trial period for users invited to your account will align with yours. In practice, if you create your free account and invite a colleague 10 days later to the same account, this user won't need to create their own account as they will be using yours, and they will have 20 days remaining to test the Suite applications.
Contextual help is available in certain parts of the application. It is designed to guide you or provide detailed information on certain functions of the application.
